Shipping policy
Shipping Policy – Updated: November 20, 2025
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping is available via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimated based on the carrier and the recipient’s location. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. We commit to accurately preparing and delivering the package to the carrier on time. Any delays, damages, or losses during transit are subject to the carrier’s policies.
4. Shipping Issues
If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep the customer informed. While we will act diligently, we do not assume liability for events beyond our control once the package has been delivered to the carrier.
5. Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not supported.
