Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at founder@noventratxr.com to request a return.

You will receive a Return Authorization along with instructions and a shipping label.

Pack your item securely using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

Attach the shipping label and send the package as instructed.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized items.

Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, return the original item and once approved, place a separate order for the replacement.

Return Shipping Cost:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: covered by us.

Other returns: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, contact founder@noventratxr.com.
